Having problems with Guitar Hero 5.
It loads and get to Checking for Down loadable Content and hangs there.
I'm using MultiMan 2.01 on a kmeaw 3.55 Ps3.
I've done a Google search and can't seem to find any info on this.
Any ideas?

Nobody has had this problem?
I find it hard to believe that out of 53 views (to date) no one else has had the same or similar issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks;
Steve
I run this game all the time. This is one of the few games that I enjoy when company is over, because it allows us to play up to four guitar controllers at the same time.
This game doesn't require the BD-Mirror trick nor it requires an original disc to be loaded. So, it has to be something that isn't playing nice in your PS3. Load the game again using MM and go into the Game Options to see what's is checked or unchecked. Also run a Permissions check on it while you are there.

Thanks.
I'll double check my settings, but I set everything according to the PS3 Backup Compatibility List
I know this is a long shot tip, but here it goes anyways. Try to disconnect your guitar USB dongle from the PS3 before loading the game. Now remember when it checks online, simply click on "O" cancel it with your regular controller. Now after you are beyond this phase, connect your Guitar dongle. See what happens.
If that doesn't work, we at least know that the game boots fine. How about disconnecting the internet from your PS3? Perhaps that is another workaround?

Since I don't have anything checked, go ahead and uncheck it. Also make sure to run a permissions fix after you uncheck it. And also check the root of your external HDD to see if perhaps the folder PS3_GAME was moved there from the game. Because it is my understanding that checking the external option works alongside with the BDmirror option. Just to make sure nothing was moved by mistake by MM.

Same issue here.
Guess gonna have to download it again.
