i discovered that after i shutdown the game (not PS3) i have game data about 3kb...
stange thing... maybe some problem with creating files?
try deleting all the game data for your gta iv or gta iv - eflc...it might work!
im still on 3.41...this game works perfectly for me and im not gonna upgrade untill they come up with a solid CFW with no crashes and problems! ;)
for some reason it only works on an external drive, it gets stuck on a loop of the loading screen on internal. i believe it has something to do with installing game data

Then you either go the "PSN Game" with the package installation or you buy an external hdd !
