Did you removed the internal HDD and connected it to you PC to run the diagnose? (or are you talking about an external hdd?) Which tool you used to perform the diagnose?

    Same issue here.

Multiman is indicating 0.0GB at hdd0.

I removed like 150GB of movies but I'm unable to free up disk space. Don't know what happening but it looks like some bug in multiman.

I even tried to remove older movies which were on my PS3 via the XMB but still no free disk space.

    I'm stuck.

I'm having the same exact problem. Just deleted a game that was about 22 GB and it deleted instantly, so I go to my free space to check and see that I'm down 40 GB. I count up all the game data and it's about 18 GB. I'm not a math expert, but it certainly looks like Multiman just made the game disappear, but didn't actually delete it. I used the file manager to check around, but I don't see it anywhere. I really don't want to format the hard drive, since I have copy protected saves and un-synced trophies. There has to be a way to actually delete the game.
