Can't get COD4 to work with latest multiman :(

It is on my internal drive, and I am running 3.55.1 and everytime I run it I get a black screen :(

I even tried select + X

have you tried with a ps3 game disk inside while attempting to boot

Ye, I tried w/o disk and with disk :(

I don't think the Modern Warfare games work, period.

The only way to run the game is to have it on an EXTERNAL hard drive and then press 'SELECT + X'

I can confirm that this is correct. I tried forever to get COD4 and MW2 to work on internal and it just doesn't work. So I put them on a flash drive and they work flawlessly.

yeah def works on external with multiman,u have to use select x and also worked diskless for me

Call.of.Duty.4.Modern.Warfare.2.EUR.PS3-STRiKE

But when I copy it to my external HDD Multiman 1.17.02 cannot see it:rant:

It is in GAMEZ\BLES-00683 folder

Congrats on announcing you downloaded a game.

For the sake of being helpful. I know that Multiman checks in \Games\ not sure about \Gamez\. Move it there, and it should show up.

The only way to get MW and MW2 to work on internal, AFAIK, is using the PKG method.
