After upgrading to4.30CFW Rogero v2.05 some games get stuck at verifying data when I try to load. Any idea?

After I upgraded someone my games keeps getting stuck at verifying data , please wait.
I google around and everyone say you can disable it in the menus but I did and it still checks.
Im not sure what happens if I leave it on for 20 mins , since people say it works after a long wait but 20 mins is too long for each time I load the game
Im using multiMAN ver 04.18.00 BASE CEX (20130106).pkg
multiMAN ver 04.19.07 UPD CEX (20130212).pkg
Lets see Yakuza 4 and dead soul and devil may cry 4 get stuck at the verifying data screen for now.

I think I know why those games get stuck , I think I need all the data I have of those games in my PS3.
I deleted the game data and save but still it doesnt work. Any idea where in the PS3 is the games located? I tried HDD0/games and game and I tried to find the BLUS number but there is no match any idea where game data may be stored?

Update to the latest multiman...let the game verify and it'll never have to verify again. Are you using an external hard drive by any chance? Because on internal all games seem to verify in less than a minute.

Yes its on an external hard drive but before I updated to 4.30 and the new MM I never saw any game veirfy more than 5 second.
So how long should I wait for it to verify. 20 mins?
