    Ah, well most developers have dropped support for 3.41 firmwares. I was hesitant to update also originally, not wanting to lose the dongle support, but honestly 3.55 CFW's are a breeze. Whatever CFW you choose, I do recommend making the move to 3.55 in one form or another.

    Seriously ? I am not sure I am ready to lose the dongle support. I will wait a little bit longer until there is no way to support for 3.41 firmware then I will go ahead and move on.

    If you really, for some bizarre reason, don't like 3.55; you can always downgrade safely using the QA Flag technique. 3.41 is not lost and gone forever.

    This is much safer and easier than the service mode dongle downgrade method, as you don't need to bypass anything.

    By the way, should I keep PS3 MultiMAN EBOOTMod and EBOOTFix Tool Updates Released link for future or is it useless right now ?

    Anyway, I am familiar to downgrade so I am aware of it, thanks. Right now, I should wait a little bit longer just in case.

    @bitsbubba,

    I am using ps3yes and the latest version. A Hermes V4B already I think.

    v4B was the last for the dongles Hermes updated to v4D for his 3.41 CFW before leaving the scene, there's also no need for a dongle on 3.41 CFW either as Hermes v4D is implemented into multiMAN's BDEMU2 for 3.41 CFW

    Ahh, ok thank you. I will wait until I have to upgrade to 3.55. Cheers.

    EDIT: Should I use this:

    ps3-multiman-ebootmod-and-ebootfix-tool-updates-released

    For ebootfix for the latest games or it is useless now ? I want to know then I am all set.

    The eboot tools are strictly for 3.56 signed games. 3.60+ titles use entirely new SDK, and are signed with entirely new keys with slim to none chances of them ever being discovered. Anyone who understands the bug that was exploited to get the system keys in the first place will understand the futility of wishful praying for a new CFW or game support. There's a handful of titles originally mastered with the 3.60 SDK, but poor software house practices allowed for game update patches to accidentally be released that were mastered with 3.5X SDK's, thus allowing play on CFW after an update. I was amazed how many developers/games actually made this mistake, this late in the cat and mouse game.

    Then we have the vocal kiddies who are forever demanding a new CFW because they missed the boat, and not shy about dismissing any other developments as a waste of time in their eyes. (Kiddies = Drama = Pissed Developers = Dead Scene)
