1: I know there are two ealirer posts saying that there is no Cinavia DRM in this firmware. I would like to know....how has this been removed? Is it definitely not present and has anyone tested this to confirm that problem titles with Cinavia protection are playable when streamed as .mkv rips?

2: Someone criticized the firmware above saying it is not good for non techy people and that the icons change. I take it the XMB and everything looks the same and there is no additional knowledge required to use it in a normal way? Also, has anyone got a screen shot of what these icons look like if they are different.

3: I take it that bluray playback is unaffected when using this? i.e. we do not lose the ability to playback normal bluray disc films?

1. i have a slim on 3.61 & when i watch takers & the social network it gave me civania error msgs... on my ps3 phat 60gb on cfw 3.55.1 rebug i get NO error msgs when playing these. ITS SWEET.

2. menu is the same except with the additional debug menu, its very useful & you can use it to switch to the dev psn network. rebug selector app allows you to change from different types on modes, some give you extended controls. (check rebug selector) the only icon section is changed is psn ones... its got a badass red icon looks NICE. Also with rebug mode it auto updates to latest spoof for features such as psn when its available.

3.if they removed such a huge feature it would have been mentioned, i currently have no blu rays but i am pretty sure they work. there are small issues with ps3 games playback which are being addressed.

REBUG is simply the best cfw, i used to be on kmeaw but rebug just has much better features.

Quick question about this firmware. I am on Kmeaw currenlty and want to change to this one (Rebug). I assume the safest way is to go back to stock 3.55, and then upgrade right? No issues with doing that?

There is no more PSN access even with a 3.61 spoof...

oh well guess i bought a ps3 at the wrong time ... looks like we can all hope for:

1.dual boot to cfw/ofw
2.QA Flags
3. 3.6 keys!!!

its a good thing i have 2 ps3's

Will there be a 3.61 rebug spoof? Not for PSN acces but just so you cant accidentally update.
