I have just tested 5 different games with 3 different HDD after updating from OFW 3.41, REBUG 3.41.3, REBUG 3.55.1 and back over the top of 3.55.2.

    Using MultiMAN 2.0

    PS3 Slim 2002A

All games have loaded including 3.55.1 problem game Uncharted 2.

Just installed through the recovery menu, and as multiman version 02.01.00 it causes and error, even if I do no select a backup. This means even exiting the program causes said error to occur. "Connect the controller using a USB cable, then press the PS button." So I do so, to be met with "The system software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try and restart the system."

When I try to load a backup, It takes me to the part in the recovery menu where I load up the update file and have to press start and select to get things moving along, but I just push the PS button to exit that area.

Exactly what happens to me. I have tried multiple ways to install this firmware and I get this error every time I try to use multiMAN. I am using the latest version of multiMAN.

The moment I drop back to 3.55.1 my problems are gone. My PS3 is 2101-A

I created a thread at another forum called "Rebug 3.55.2 problem" and everyone is having this issue.
Please always assume I am joking, because I always am. Except for right now..in this sig...I am serious. Seriously!

I am trying somehow to reproduce the error here but it is working perfectly every time..

Have you tried reinstalling MultiMAN like suggested earlier?

PS I know this may be considered a bit off topic, but damn is that logo sexy! I'm a scorpio and next to wolves scorpions are my favorite animals. (Kinda odd considering I am arachnophobic and Scorpions are arachnids. I guess it's just spiders :P.)

To the people having problems, are you going from the old rebug to this new version? Or did you go from OFW 3.55 -> this rebug? Also it would probably help if you included your entire system spec. Meaning model number, included homebrew installed relating to the issue, etc etc.

Yes I have. However I did not try installing a different loader like Gaia.

siletto - I tried that already and it did not work for me. Good luck!
