Rebug 3.60v Spoofer v1.1 HELP

I am currently on Kmeaw 3.55 and I've installed 3.60 spoofer without being able to install the spoof. When I try to install it, it says
"Status: version.txt install FAILED"
I've reinstalled the pkg and I get the same error. Just so you know.. I am not using the geohot version of the file.

Can you guys recommend anything to try?

Or what other spoofers can I install in it's place? (I use MultiMan)

hmm do u have a 3.56 spoofer installed already?
if you do, i suggest you undo the 3.56 spoof and then install 3.60, if that doesn't help sorry i was unable to help

No I have not. The only things I have installed are the following and they're in correct order:
1. Kmeaw 3.55
2. Rogero 7.? (which is now uninstalled)
3. MultiMan (which I update regularly)
4. BDemu (so I can continue to use MultiMan)
5. Rebug 3.60v Spoofer v1.1 (which won't install)

Don't use the geohot version if you never installed geohot cfw. Use the regular version.

Did you install kmeaw over the top of another CFW or OFW?

Try installing Rebug 3.55.1 CFW straight over your kmeaw 3.55, then install kmeaw 3.55 straight back on top of that if you want kmeaw rather than rebug, the spoofer should install on either.

Make sure rebug is in normal mode when reinstalling kmeaw over it and do it from the PS3 recovery.

Hey guys, I have the same problem with 'version.txt install FAILED' when I try to press cross. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I am on KMEAW 1.55
