I hope I'm really not just missing this, but every search I've had tells me I'm in the right place and its not there.

In order to turn on Media Servers and DLNA access, I go under Settings>Network> and I don't see Media Server Settings. I only have 4 (settings and connections, Internet Connection, Internet Connection Settings, and lastly Internet Connection Test) I have looked all over and cannot find it with debug on or off.

System Fat, went from Kmeaw 3.55 to Rebug 3.55.2 (had small bugs, so went to) ofw 3.55 to Rebug 3.55.2 and installed patch .3 and have had no other issues.

This is mainly a media player (BD and streaming etc) for my tv. Showtime (built into multiman) shows all my servers in my house no issues. Where and how can I turn dlna/media servers on?

    Thanks in advance.

There is no Media Server option on PS3 Developer consoles (DEX). Rebug borrows the menus from DEX mode through it's "Debug Menu 2" option from the selector. To get Media Server access again, you simply need to switch back to a retail unit's debug mode (CEX), or Debug Menu 1.

Also of note, on retail debug mode - by Sony design, the option to toggle Media Servers under network will not save the "enabled" setting, and you will have to re-enable it every boot. Realistically, this is no big deal. It only takes a second to toggle it, you just have to get in the habit of remembering todo it before hitting the Videos menu. If you set the selector to "Retail XMB" mode however, all will function normally, at the cost of having access to the debug settings of course though.
