Question about 3.65 Spoofer

I am on 3.55 kmeaw with no spoofing done so far. once I have installed this does it mean I can play games needing 3.56 or above??

I am curious does a spoof exist for the 3.41 USB dongle people? I want to sync up this ps3 with my original f/w ps3 so that I can sync up my trophies/saves.

Only problem is I can only find 3.55 cfw pkg's
