Package Manager 0.9 - Install failed!

Trying to install Rebug's Package Manager 0.9 on CFW 3.55 Kmeaw, it keeps saying Install Failed! I tried the original package and then the updated installer package. Anyone experience this?

It kept failing because 3.65 spoofer was active. Disable the spoofer before installing package manager. Thanks for all the replies psx-scene!

I'm getting the same "Install FAILED" message.
I'm not running a spoofer.. Any ideas how to get this to install?
