official controller not working in Backup Managers in 3.55.2

Found my answer

My model CECHZC2U does not work with Backup Managers in 3.55.2. It works in the XMB.
I get the message "Connect the controller using USB cable" followed by another telling to reinstall the firmware.
Saw another user with same problem in a "Release" thread and did not get a solution.

Do you happen to have another controller connected or linked to your PS3? This happens to me with another manager where if I have a PS2 Controller to USB adapter connected to my PS3, it wants to be controller 1. So I have to press the PS button and make my wireless official controller the main controller.

That is a HDD problem or corrupt data, go to recovery and RESTORE DATA.

Simple solution. Go into recovery and restore the entire database, from there reinstall OFW 3.55 and connect the controller via USB connection. After reinstall KMEAW custom firmware and later multiman. You should be good to go by now.
