debug settings

Can some experts please advise me what is the best settings for it

Debug Settings: MENU 2 (DEX) | Codename: REBUG is the only thing (I know of) that says what SOME of the settings do. The rebug site has a page for "CEX" but it's "PAGE UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE".

I know I saw that too but it's not clear instruction
