Did you add your pc's ip address to the DNS settings on your PS3 network set up? Maybe try turning ICS on your PC. Its just your pc and ps3 not communicating with each other.

Update: April 16, 2011
No need for PC anymore! here are the steps:
1- Make sure you have Rebug CFW installed above
2- Make sure your NP Environment(In Debug Settings) is "sp-int"
3- Here is the trick: Go to Internet Conncetion Settings and make sure your DNS is custom and your primary IP should be the closest to your house:
United Kingdom: 46.166.128.101
United States: 67.159.31.149
4- Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8
5- Play normally.

This works with:
Black Ops
Modern Warfare 2
Call of duty: World at War
PES 2011
Skate 3
Medal of Honour
James Bond 007: Blood Stone
FIFA 11
DIRT 2
WWE All Stars

Is there any way to play Socom 4 with firmware rebug ?
I saw isn't possible with just rebug firmware, maybe we need get the mapping of normal servers.

i tried other server mappers always getting the same error
