4.21 rex: media server connection enable permanent?

how do I make media server connection enabled setting permanent?

have to enable each reboot cex mode in rex 4.21

I don't remember how, but mine stays enabled. I used rebug mode for the spoofer, and then I think I set the xmb to retail mode.

further update, few hours afterwards my 5 year old console ylod,
