    You see my problem, i'm stucked at 26% update loop, is there any way recover without formatting all? Thanks.

    while the hard drive is out let the PS3 boot back up. it will give you a message to press the PS button to re-start the update process again or press start and select with the controller plugged in and the USB drive attached with the update
    
    plug in your USB drive, and press start and select. as soon as you press those buttons push the drive back into place, and the machine will install the firmware you have on your usb drive.
