[Q] how to restore OFW 3.55 from Rebug 3.55.3?

Hi all, I have a ps3 fat 40gb with rebug 3.55.3 and I want restore ofw 3.55, my question is how can I proceed? I have read that on rebug 3.55.3 before restore ofw 3.55 I must first enable check-on lv1 on qa toggle, or I can simply install ofw 3.55 in recovery mode? I want avoid the problem of brick please.

ok problem solved by myself, I have selected Debug Settings -> System update debug switched ON than turn off the ps3 and installed the ofw 3.55 on recovery mode.
