I suggest getting a VGA box, or doing a VGA mod, it makes a world of difference.

Agreed! And with hex editing, you can make sure EVERY Dreamcast game runs on the VGA box.

Yea but games that dont nativly support VGA, look like ASS when played through VGA (unless I did it wrong). For those, I suggest S-Video.

RGB Scart is good to.
