    Any Ideas?
I was wondering what the best shader combination for Snes9x. I know Snes games weren't meant to be played on 50 inch tv's and I was wondering which shaders will make it look as good as it does on my 21 inch computer monitor.

It's all a matter of personal taste, but my favorite on snes( and others that support it) is anti-aliasing + hq4x. Some people like the "old school" looking shaders, but i like the ones that enhance the graphics and make them pop.

Anyone notice that with the latest snes9x next this shader combo isn't looking as good as it use to? Good way i use to judge the shaders is super mario world. It looked amazing in the past but when i put it on last night it looked like a pixelated mess! Like the sharpness was jacked up soo much, yet my sharpness setting on my TV hasn't changed. It never looked like that with the old snes9x builds. I had all the settings the same too. Custom scaling= 5x, triple buffering on, both shaders set to point filtering. Give it a look and let me know if it's just me. Play some of the first level and look at mario and the background.

Not only this combination, but everything else looks bad now, unlike the old snes9x builds.

I'm not sure how to contact squarepusher to tell him about this problem.

Where can i find the "anti-aliasing" shader? It's not in the list of shaders on the build I'm using...

I'm pretty sure it's called AdvancedAA or something similar. I forget at the moment.
