SEGA Saturn Emulator released for the PS3!

The wonderful French PS3 users over at PS3GEN.FR have post an early version of Yabause which has been recomplied to run on your XMB GameOS via your Jailbroken PS3 console.

It is very early v0.1, so don't be complaining about it, but they are hard at work in improving it, and I will update the attachment when it improves.

I've tested it and it very laggy.. won't boot at all.. bios start then return to XMB its a french site so sorry no translation....

now that is incredible! I used to own a saturn for my sins. i was always led to beleive that as it rendered in a rather bizzarre way I would probably never see a satun emulator (not that ive looked into it recently).

Amazing job!

I try it out , laggy ..screen is very small...heheh

I wait for a bit for this one.. there is alot of work to do on it ..

to get a game to work ,
rename the (BIOS) bios.bin and put it in the root of the hdd
rename the title game to (game.iso) put it on the root of the hdd

Excellent work, if any computer is capable of keeping up with the 8 internal Satrun processors it's this one.

Though I would have said SSF would have been a better program to port as the developer of that one is about 85% close to full speed Saturn emu.

Yabause ?? I prefer SSF since it runs most games and I know SSF isnt open the source at all. Therefore, Yabause cannot run most games like Megaman 8.
