The reason I mentioned linux because PCSX2 is coded for Windows and linux. The closest thing PS3 got is linux. Also you obviously don't know much about coding, you can't just copy and paste a linux source code into PS3 SDK and expect it to work. The PCSX2 was coded for x86 architecture from ground up and it will not work with the powerpc architecture on cell without major recoding. If you search 'PCSX2 PS3' on google you'll see a lot of people on the PCSX2 forum repeating what I just said.
