Just from reading the notes on this new revision, I am gonna sit this one out for the moment. I think it's best to give the developer a bit more time with this project. I tested R60 and had issues, so I reverted back to R34.
Also without my intent to create confusion or insult, I find it a bit eerie at times to load a compile made by many different members. If there was a way we can get the compile from one "trusty" source, I'd feel a bit better with this project. So far I know all the revisions I have installed have worked--well until R60, so there has not yet been any malpractice as of yet--at least to my recollection. Perhaps I am talking spooks and goblins when Halloween has already gone and passed. Excuse me for blabbering out loud -- but it's a thought in the back of my mind. Yeah, I need to get some new Meds.![]()

yea i cant get r60 to work either kicks back to xmb on rom load the lil extra menu to change where save states go is nice though and any body else get problems when make clean the nestopia and wip(rest of the make clean just fine) stackdumpfiles created
edit:nvm on the make clean thing just have to use msys.bat instead of cmd for make clean

It might just be the Megadrive roms you're trying to load. Try renaming them to .bin , no spaces in name etc
I've attached my compiled version which definitely works for me so if it doesn't work you know it's your roms.
EDIT: Just tried Road Rash and it runs great!
its not the roms and it happens with all emus.
and im not the only person with a problem
and i was the one that said the bin instead of smd or gen so i know that already.
im recompiling a clean copy over msys right now and did you use 3.41 for all of makes or did you use 1.92 for anything
and i followed everything in his build instruction made make clean for gambatte, nestopia, system, vbam then make, then make clean for mednafen-wip and then make, then make_fself_npdrm , move to pkg/usrdir then make_package_npdrm
edit : just tried ur version works perfectly just want figure out why its not working compiling regularly might be a compiling on windows thing as soon as its done compiling and pacakgin with msys ill test.
just wondering why not working properly
Edit 2: its a linux thing if r60 is not cleaned and compiled under linux or linux based cmd(msys, cygwin) it will not work

Alright Tal mate,
Just about to see whether this runs game boy advance Sonic, is it worth my time?

runs the sonic 1 remake very well ill try the sonic advances in a minute gotta find my cart dumper\
edit: sonic advance 1 tested runs perfect.
and im compilign all future updates of this under linux from now on damn windows\
now if only there was a aspect ratio changer like with the snes and fceu
as for which it runs better under the default emu or vba in mednafen idk
edit : correction the default gba works better than vba on both sonic games i tested
now just cant wake till load new game is no longer broken
if i can i might try to track it down in the original mednafen as it throws a make error for reloading romlist but doubt i can do anything
