R39 and R40 have been added to the OP. Latest compile is R40.
Edit: NVM lol. It is now R41. I'll update the new revision in a bit.
Sorry for the delay guys, I just been a bit busy. I'll try to have it up by tonight. If not, if someone else would be so kind as to compile it for now? Would be very much appreciated.

Somewhere between Pluto and Mercury, but closer to Pluto. :)

Haha, I was like this the other day, the revisions just kept coming, as soon as I was printing the last words in my post, BANG! A new one or two would emerge. But I ain't complaining, I like it when a developer(s) is/are eager to make something grand for the rest of us. God bless them all!
I wish I knew how to compile, so I could help and assist. But at the moment, I am still a noob to this--but don't plan on always being a greenhorn, I hope someday I can earn my place and help the scene.
Thanks PuppetMaster for all you do.. keep on updating us--even if its every other second!!
The info said it has to be in bin/cue format, not wav/cue or mp3/cue. You have to either
A) compile your own iso using a disc version (or VIRTUAL disc version) of Rondo of Blood in bin/cue.
B) Find a version ripped in that format.
It kinda sucks because most copies of that game are in MP3/CUE but they can be found and even made easy enough. Just burn the mp3/cue disc in nero, then rip it in a iso creating program that supports bin/cue output.
Youll get it.
Either that, or, at this rate, the emu will support mp3/cue format in no time.
Thanks, I had actually already mounted it and tried to convert to bin cue, but between your suggestion and clarification from RoboHobo on another site, I have a lot less variables on my plate now. Just tried again, and this time I got the cdrom welcome screen, it just failed running the game. I'm guessing Ill just have to experiment here other ways to get the right bin and cue spit back out.
UPDATE: Yep, dif combo of progs worked. Thanks

Reason: Edited for success :P
GBA does not run full-speed (60fps), and the sound code is horribly subpar. Even fixing the sound code will not get you 60fps with VBA on PS3. VBA (and VBA-M) is heavily optimized for Intel x86 - which sucks when you have an in-order PPC processor, like the Wii/PS3/360 do.
Wii does not run Visual Boy Advance at 60fps with frameskip 0, and neither did the Xbox 360 until some heavy optimization was done to VBA.
Is there a method to fix this problem? I want to play some gba classics but with this sound I might just delete the thing altogether..

Yeah, the 'method' to 'fix' this problem is putting in lots of blood, sweat and tears to optimize it for in-order PowerPC processors, or basing it on a port that already did the hard work.
But no, there is no magic switch you can toggle that will suddenly bump up FPS to 60fps on everything overnight, no.

how do you "mount" the bin/cue files for pce-cd? –

I tried to load a few different tg-16 cd games, it keeps telling me files are too large. I have the bios in the right spot, and renamed it. loading the games from internal hd. anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
