OK so that's where people have been getting the version numbers from. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with lousyphreak as he hasn't updated in almost a week. Is there a parallel project going on by someone that we don't know about?
EDIT: Maybe lousyphreak can clear this up but it seems to me that someone called MagicSeb on some French forum has been compiling this and giving version numbers and also decided to call it ScummVM GX for some reason?

I called it ScummVM GX-Mod build XX exactly and, i don't know why my release suddenly re-appears on some PSX site (psgroove.com and others)
The build is 100% based on lousyphreak's code.
A build is a build not a mod. I have made 8 different builds based on each modifications added by lousyphreak. 1 build per day.
I hope this clarify the situation for all. (and sorry for the bad english)
