PROJECT: ScummVM PS3 Port
I have attempted to contact lousyphreak, and as yet still have not received a response so...
This is a scummVM psl1ght port by lousyphreak. It seems the project is either dead or on hiatus as far as him working on it goes. At this point this is the final build of his branch to the best of my knowledge. If one of us users can help you to figure out a problem posted in the thread, we will do so, however do not expect any updates on this branch unless we hear otherwise from the man himself.
Though not an emulator by definition, this program will allow you to run many computer based point and click adventure games such as the many classic LucasArts scumm games, older Sierra games, etc. You will need to grab the data off your old floppys or cdroms, the program will convert the executables for you, simply point the scummVM file browser to the folder where your data/executables are located on a per program basis.
You can find a compatibility list for scummVM here, but I am unsure of which games are and are not working on this port beyond the titles I use and what has been reported working. If people want to report working games I will start to build a compatibility list specific to this port and build.
Controls
Dpad=Direction keys mapped from keyboard
R1=Bring up on-screen keyboard (NOTE, you MUST hit the return key on the on-screen keyboard to push through a text based command)
Left analogue=Mouse pointer
Cross=Mouse click
Select=Escape, may or may not access in-game menus.
Start=Scumm menu (not working with all games, may activate in-game menu, some games must be saved in-game, finding the menu with cursor etc.)

Games tested:
Monkey Island 1 & 2 (FMTowns Version) - works 100% except some cursor flickering
Monkey Island 3 - works, sometimes sound skipping (cracks)
Day of the Tentacle:- works 100%
The Legend of Kyrandia (CD Version) - works 100%
Beneath a Steel Sky (CD and Floppy) - works 100%
Discworld - works 100%
Broken Sword 1 - works 100%
Full Throttle - has been completed
Maniac Mansion - Uncompleted but working fine so far
Return to Zork - 90% completed, working fine except occasional minor audio glitch
Kings Quest I-VI - loads and runs ok, uncompleted but fine so far
The Black Cauldron - loads and runs, uncompleted but fine so far
The Dig - loads and runs, uncompleted but fine so far
Loom - Loads and runs, uncompleted but fine so far
