This is a bit the wrong way around... but okay. Normally it should be like "if it turns out to be confirmed not-fake, then its news".
Its harder to prove something to be fake than proving something to be real. (There is always someone who still believes in fakes)
Anyway, thanks for discussing it. Its good to see some people with brains here... i just dont like the idea of hundred disappointed users that hate because of something like this.
LOL yeah it does looks fake as hell, but will see...not holding my breath tho
Also is no biggie for me, since i still have the original xbox with nothing but emulators and games for them, yeas i have i believe every n64 title that got released :D
and they play pretty darn good ;)
LOL! @ the massive cuts inbetween the game booting.. yep it definately looks fake.. guess we'll have to wait and see.. (even though it's very unlikely)
Not really, it a matter of needing more info, before we know what is up.
That is the whole point of forums to have an open discussion on news and to find out the truth.
Maybe people can contact the "named developers" behind this project, they did leave their email address, and they will address the matter with more positive proof or NOT if the news is indeed more of a "pipedream" then real "work in progress".
The news is labelled as ALPHA - First Look, not a BETA (lets play mario).
People need to sit back and have a positive open discussion not throw stones at each other.
Either way, if we didn't post the news, we have tons of people "posting why it is NOT news yet", sometimes it better to throw stuff out there so members can dig into the matter and find out all the facts and figures.
I saw this on the other site a while ago and immediately came on here and gave a sigh of relief when I didn't see it. Whether or not it's fake is one thing but what exactly is the news here. I don't think a few crappy videos should be enough to get on the front page. It's ok for ps3news but we should strive for a bit more substance.
Has anyone actually tried contacting them using the email address? If you do and their response is to ask for a donation to help get a release out then be careful.
We all know ps3news is the best trusty news source their is..and their not dicks to actual developers or anything like that.....
BS until proven otherwise. Looks too much like a gamersuper job.
