so i haven't done much on the scene and i havent gotten farther than i wanted... but here is how to make a homemade at3 play at normal speed on the ps3... ( i believe this is the right way... i do not have access to my other pc, but maybe some ppl will use this knowledge)

So you need to know how to make a at3 from an mp3... i used goldwave (use google) (i actually had to use vmware with windows xp to make the at3's correctly... 7 and vista wouldnt work... but you can try)
so you have your mp3 (i found out it can be around 5 min long for the ps3 O_O) and here is the trick so it will play normal on the ps3.... change the playback sampling rate (in this order... i think ...if wrong try vise versa)
1. change/convert sampling rate down to 32000
2. let goldwave convert it down to that sampling rate
3. change the sampling rate back up to 44100
4. let goldwave convert it up
5. save as AT3 (correctly though... from other tutorial)
6. rename as SND0.at3
7. put in base folder of ps3 app.. make app.. listen on ps3...


(if the sampling rate is higher than what i posted.... change the sampling rate 1 setting lower then one up... THIS MUST BE DONE!!!!.... not 100 lower manually but on the drop down bar, select the setting that is 1 lower in number not placement....
EXAMPLE:
32000 <---- 1 lower
44100 <---normal, after going lower, go back up to here...
68000
48000
