FBANext roms extremely laggy now?

I am running cfw Rebug 3.55.2 and the latest FBANext. Every single game is now very laggy. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

change your shader and enable triple buffering

Oh thanks. I have not looked yet but is there a specific shader I am looking for?
