And I was able to download and get all the paths up and running but the build that I have has all the roms in .7z format. And from the looks of it, PS3 Mame preview doesn't support 7z.
Is PS3 mame only supported for .zip AND a specific past build? I'm really stumped but I feel as though this is the last hurdle in order to figure it out.

I have a installation for 3.55, I have to look into making it work for 4.xx i know i have it on this list but i never added it. slipped my mind and its not as easy as just resigning the eboot.
I will take a look at it and hopefully get it up today working for 4.xx
im new to the emulator scene, i have cfw 4.31 , and want to play oldschool GBA games, which one should i get?
Can someone confirm if retroarch runs MAME romset 0 146?
I am not sure i havent tried that romset. (0.145 for sure)
But just so you are aware dont think that retroarch will run the full MAME library just the FBA supported roms from the mame romsets. (if you knew that disrgard that :) ).
Now RetroArch 0.9.8 official release is due to be released any day, That version may support that romset.

Hi I am on rogero 4.40 and I am having no luck trying to play roms (nes,snes,gen). I tried the latest Retroarch but after loading it from xmb it just gives me the error and then back to xmb. I also tried loading from roms in Multiman but then Multiman says I need the latest Snesx or whatever else for particular platforms. I have A folder called "ROMS" on the root of external from which I place all my roms. Maybe I am doing something wrong, I dont know. Any help would be awesome.
edit: I also tried the latest emulators for each platform but still no luck.
iM ON 4.41 rebug. will any of these emulators work on cfw 4.41? specifically snes and mame?
