Just a quick qustion.. Do I need the file named zzz.zzz file (10,240kbs) if all im tryin to do is install the explorer throu PS2menu on my MC...
We all know that its not possible to load 10Mbs from a MC that only holds 8.. So do I really need this file inorder to install HDDexplorer?... This file is bundled in a .zip file named HDDexplorerinstaller over at the DMS website...
Can anyone clarify that I do need this file...
By the way.. I do not have a mod-chip at this time.. Can I still use the Explorer if I can install and run this program throu the MC?...
Thanx for your time!..

That's just a dummy file included to make the TOC a little bigger on the disc you burn. So the laser can read it a little easier. Of course you don't need it if you aren't going to burn the CD.
As for using it without having the chip, the answer is no as far as I know, nobody I know has it working without actually having the DMS3 chip same goes for Dev.1.
