is it that hard to add... I think every app should have it. I would really like to see the dms apps ( dump, format) hdl ( that wont happen) mc formater, Also could ppl start ( if its not to hard ) to add moving images like in the dms hdd format app... I think so far the best looking app is prolly the dms apps ( i havent used all the apps yet so im prolly wrong)
\I think that ps2mp3se reminds me most of a xbox app because it is very clean...
Also ppl say that it is harder to code for ps2 then xbox... Once your in the brain...( got a working app) isnt the codeing all the same ( once again prolly wrong) Is it just that xbox scene has more coders that get along better and have mod coding knowlege?

plus the Xbox is a PC... it's very easy to program for something that is available technology... the PS2 is not a everyday appliance... has special chips and special coding...

your Xbox is a celeron processor with a shared IDE interface for the DVD-ROM and HDD. I think even Pheonix makes the BIOS for it... pretty straight forward I would think... I plan on tinkering with it later in life...

I'm partial to my PS2... always wanted to code on my PSX (PS1 was known as a PSX in the day) but it was such a hassle.... now I can FTP an ELF over and test within second of compiling it.. no CD burning or special carts to work with...

The Xbox is more PC than anything else on the market

    PS2 v10 exploit w/80GB Samsung - Network Games
    PS2 v10 exploit w/60GB Samsung - Network Games
    PSP 1001 3.52M33 w/10GB total storage

The moving images, like in the back of the dms HDD utility tool, would be a nice touch. I'm unique because I'm an artist, though, as most people would rather have function over form. I personally would like both.

Then once i get the graphical side of KAPI done, you can provide the form and I'll provide the function

Kayla, with as much as you've done for us, I would gladly help you out in a second. I would be honored to hook up some nice graphics for the cause.

I wonder why these questions dont come up when there is no homebrew. As soon as some people actually do something to help out the scene, they are bombarded with the dumbest complaints in the world. We are seriously losing our patience with some of you lately. You notice that there is actually a tinge of progress in the scene and all you want to do is use this as a stepping ground for more complaints. The source codes to alot of the recent homebrew apps are out there, either change them yourself or keep using those stupid DMS apps.

I haven't figured out if it's stupidness....or just plain ignorance!!!!

It's not necessarily that. More the fact that people take time to make these projects and all others worry about is adding some ridiculous feature such as back to browser, comparing free work with that of commercial garbage. Its not fair to them.

I wasn't referring to coders agentboolen....but to the ungratefull people that can't be happy with what they have available to them.
