In my BEDATA-SYSTEM folder there is a lot of stuff:

    CDVD.IRX
    IOMANX.IRX
    MCMAN.IRX
    MCSERV.IRX
    MODHSYN.IRX
    MODMIDI.IRX
    MODMSIN.IRX
    PS2ATAD.IRX
    PS2DEV9.IRX
    PS2FS.IRX
    PS2FTPD.IRX
    PS2HDD.IRX
    PS2IP.IRX
    PS2IPS.IRX
    PS2LINK.IRX
    PS2SMAP.IRX
    SIO2MAN.IRX
    SJPCM.IRX
    ULSND.IRX
    USB_MASS.IRX
    USBD.IRX
    USBKB.IRX
    USBTVR.IRX

Do I need all of these to run MyPS2, uLaunch, HDLoader, snesstation, pgen, xrick and ps2tris?

    USB_MASS.IRX
    USBD.IRX
    USBKB.IRX
Those 3 can be used by uLaunchElf, but they are not needed.

    MCMAN.IRX
    MCSERV.IRX
    SIO2MAN.IRX
These are both in the ps2 bios by default, so unless the program is requiring some weird access, they probably arn't needed.

PS2FTPD.IRX might be from execftp, or from the uLaunchElf source, either way its for ftp, and shouldn't be needed.

As for the rest, some of them are probably from ps2link(the older versions before they builtin the irx files by default), or maybe execftp.

As far as I can tell, myPS2, HDLoader, snesstation, pgen and uLaunchElf all have their IRX files builtin, so removing the files shouldn't affect any of these(unless you are using the optional usb drivers for ulaunchelf)

Im not sure about xrick and ps2tris, to be safe cut the files and move them somewhere and see if your software still runs properly.
