I suggest that you also post this over at ps2dev.org because they might be able to help you since they deal with the programming of the PS2 so they will probably know these commands.
rom0: is the BIOS. Just extract it and see what files there are.
how would you extract the bios?

ok if i extract the bios will i have to re inject them or no..... i dont want to juck up my ps2

Don't know what they do, they are just ones I've noticed while hex editing.
