    I've posted on this subject earlier, with an attachment of my .BAT and .SH files that I use for drag-drop usage of the PS2Dev tools under Windows XP. But that was long ago, and I've made a few improvements since then.

    Also, I made a promise to 'xmod' to let him have this, only to find that his mail server refuses all attachments. So, all-in-all, I think there's good reason to make a new post with this stuff attached, and so here it is...
