USB CD-ROM Drive

I was wondering what programs can make use of a USB CD-ROM Drive?

Can Gameshark V5 Do it? Can any other homebrew programs use it and also is there any other cheat devices that can make use of it.

This might just be the answer to the "hitting the eject button" problems when loading homebrew and backups.

? umm... no, i don't think any programs can use a usb cdrom drive
