Is there is a way to use Codebreaker if

I have a modchip but don't have dev modes and I don't have the original Swap Magic and the Codebreaker is just the elf file

you should be able to burn the elf to a mode 2 cd and use it like that

Yes I know that but I want to cheat backup games and the modchip boots only ones

well if your chips does not support swapping and no dev mode then i dont think there is any way to do it

You could install the exploit, use that to run the elf, put in a ps2 game, open the tray when you press start game in codebreaker, it will take you back to the ps2 browser, insert disk and play?
