Is there any PS2 Homebrew to view TXT files on the console?

I just wanted to ask is there any PS2 homebrew application, which can be launched via uLaunchELF that would be capable of viewing/reading simple TEXT (.TXT extension) files from USB Flash/CD/DVD ??

My idea is that I have my console in other town and I don't have a PC there and I can't view FAQs. So when I'm stuck in a game I have to wait whole week to get back home and read the FAQ and try again next week..

So is there a simple app like this ir not, if yes, then what's its name?

Yes UlaunchElf itself. Go to filebrowser then MISC and then texteditor, you can also hook up a usb keyboard and edit your text or make your own files

yeah, my God I've benn so clumsy, by notnoticing it first. But anyhow, are there more apps besides ulaunchelf that can view txt files?

yeah ive got one.. forget who made it.. its a pretty pelimenary text viewer
