Seems that PS2 Save Builder 0.8 can't do that
I hate to use AR MAX or any other because it often creates corrupt saves and I just got tired of formatting my MC over and over again.
Please save me!

On the PC side you can convert your "AR MAX, CODE BREAKER, XPLODER, or any other gamesave" with PS2 Save Builder to XPS format on the PC and then use XPS<->PSU converter to convert into PSU format compatible with uLE and vice versa. I've never used it yet, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
Hardware: PS2 v7 (GH-022) NTSC | Crystal Chip 2.0 Pro SLE | Sony Network Adapter | 300GB Segate HDD

you can also extract the files out of the saves using PS2 save builder, and depending on the game, you should be able to just paste them into an existing save file for that game using uLaunchELF, rather than using ARMAX at all.
PSU is just a format to preserve timestamps, not always needed.

After trying this methods I've buried ar max deep in the ground. This methods well is a bit clumsy because i have to use two apps to make the final uLE, but I bet its better than nothing. Would be great if ps2 save builder support Memory Linker format as output format.
And i use PSU always, because theres no risk. How do I know which game need timestamps and which not? Don't bother answering, i really don't care
i always use PSU in and out to MC - usb flash.
