I always feel this board is usefull.. we can found cool, competent people running threads about intresting projects often with some contribution from everyone.
But still I always feel like it's somehow overloaded with useless information, useless sections and a nasty general fragmentation.
From my point of view, there should be a change and a massive clean up:

1 cut down some sticky thread, like 'available emulators.." "ps2 tutorial.." "available homebrews.." and convert them into something readeable not as a thread, but like an html or txt resource or such (maybe a wiki?)

2 cut down useless and completely abandoned project like 'wonder station', psms, ps2pce, possibly merge down the 2 neogeo emulator project, merge down the 2 NES emu project, delete that useless ps2bor subforum, merge down the 2 linux section (was these subforum intially merged? Why we now have 2 splitted sections?)
and give to the GSM project it's own subforum or move it, as a sticky thread, into the openps2loader subforum, move the damn SNES-station noob's tutorial into SNES area! etc.. :-)

3 basically cut down all the unnecessary and fragmented threads that fill up the "ps2 homebrew dev emu scene" area, because we sadly know the scene it's pretty much dead so now users and devs need to stay closely and firmly united as much as possible, follow that "less is more" concept - stay minimal.

4 I don't know if people at ps2dev.org are still around (apparently the server it's always down) but I think it would be much appreciated an effort to join the resource with them and compile a good wiki and/or a download section of learning material, tools, relevant piece of code and example for historical reasons or, simple and minimalistic way to introduce the SDK to the PS2 wannabe coders.

5 again, less is more! Reduce the size of that 'popular tags' thing or just delete it (as well as the 'posting permissions' area, totally useless ;-)

I'm not pretending to be listened as a lighting one, here it's just my impression and If I could help in someways..
