I've got a Crsytal 1.2 in my ps2 with r19 hacked firmware and Bootmanager 1.8. I installed SNES station with the BM Megapack found on this site but I don't know how to run the roms. Do I burn them on a CD-R and they'll play automatically or something? Please help.

You need to build the CD of roms & the emulator together.
SNES Station will not work the way you got it, unless you burn the cd (of roms) a special way. Man, I apologize, but I can't remember where i saw the tutorial that told you how to burn a CD with SNES roms on them, in order to run SNES Station off your HDD, without swapping.
If you search for it (like I did) you will find it, don't give up.
Otherwise, just burn the CD with the emulator on it & swap. There's a tutorial that's not hard to find.

Hm, I'Ve got SNES station installed on mc and put my roms all on a cd.
Works perfect. I used cdgenPS2. Maybe thats the reason
    it is working.

Yeah, I think you gotta burn the cd as an audio cd or cdx cd (something like that) or the emu won't see them.

I think you are confusing this with PSMS, the Sega emulator, which needs to use that special format ONLY when used on a mod-free PS2. For a modded PS2 you can use normal PS2-type CDs.

As for SNES-Station I'm not sure if it has any support for a mod-free PS2, but I doubt it. And for modded PS2s it too uses a normal PS2-type CD, which is exactly the kind of ISO cdgenPS2 can make.

    Best regards: dlanor
