SNES Emulation on a PS2 Slim Version 12-Help~

Hello, I've been out of the ps2-scene for a while. As far back I can recall, I remember that the v12 slimline wasn't able to support the independence exploit. I'm getting an Matrix Infinity tomorrow, and would like to know if its possible for me though to run SNES emulators on my v12 slim ps2.

I believe you have to run it from a CD-R that you made yourself, not from HDD, USB, or MC.

Can run of DVD media also if you go beyond 700mb
