Running Ps2Vice from Mc (or USB?)
Running Ps2Vice from Mc (or USB?) –

I transfered the emulator files to my MC using the launchelf filebrowser, and the emulator starts, but it hangs in the menu after I click one of the options. Anything I need to do with games (make a textfile or something?) or is there something different I need to keep in mind when running stuff from MC? I just recently discovered launchelf and have a 3rd party 32MB MC, before that I just burned my stuff to CD (PGEN etc.), hence I'm kinda noobish in that respect. My PS2 is modded, but has no hdd.
I assume it's also possible to run the elf files themselves just from the USB-drive I'm using to transfer them, is that correct?

No one an idea? Anything to keep in mind when booting it from CD then, or is it sufficent to just burn the files on it, launch the elf and the filebrowser will let me choose the games wherever they are?

Sounds like the same symptoms as when running it from HDLoader...

Well, turns out CD booting works without problems it seems. I had to prepare a Roms CD for Pgen, and burned the Vice files on there, too. Don't even need launchelf, it's bootable like that.
