PS2Reality not working?

I ahve tried both the first release and v1.25 of ps2reality but neither will work for me. This is the problem. I use nero to load the .cue file supplied and the burn does well. Load it in my ps2 and it boots through saying playstation2 and then to a screen saying ps2reality. After that nothing. The disk is still spinning but it does not sound like it is searching. From what I have read from other posts on this forum there should be another screen, the browser\play screen. any suggestions? I have a NTSC v7 with magic 3. All cd and dvd backups play 100% Only disc that does not boot is xenosaga DVD9. This ps2reality problem wouldn't be laser realated would it?

hi. well, i have a v7 with a magic 3.1 and the first player only work for me using the gameshark2. try using a gameshark2 and then swap for the media player.

i cannot download the last version 1.25. i downloaded it but when i try to extract the files, an error message apear.

if you downloaded a goog file, can you or anyone else send me the player to this email kragos20@hotmail.com

if you can try sending it in zip file. thank you

I'll have to find someone with a gameshark to try it out. I tried sending the file to you but I got this error message(reason: 552 Requested action not taken: exceeded storage allocation) I'll try it in seperate files. Or if you could supply another email.

Did you try to extract it with the latest winrar? (3.11 from www.rarlabs.com)

Don't know how but it fixed itself. Just booted up perfect about 5 times in a row.

well, it work for me. it's recorded in a cdrw disc and it boot fine.
i didn't know that cdrw disc could work in a playstation 2.

i sugest you use cdrw. i have a magic 3.1 v7 and it work just fine.

Like I said it works fine now. For some unknown reason the same disc that would not play the other day works perfect everytime now.
