Follow this guide to install the mostly updated environment.

    http://lukasz.dk/programming/playsta...gwin-tutorial/

Other libs can be isntalled by typing:

    svn checkout svn://svn.ps2dev.org/ps2/trunk/libpath
    cd libpath
    make
    make install

And you're done, of course libpath depends on what lib do you want to install, you can find them here:

uhm, the "ps2DevEnvironment.exe" I was talking about seems to be an "automated setup" of the entire environment in windows.
But I'll follow the "manual" way with my dear and old cygwin

    thanks

What you are looking for is ps2devwin32, but a cygwin installation is better, because you can update the environment easily and when you install it it's the most updated environment.

    ps2devwin32 packages are often outdated.

If you still want the file you were asking for, I have it stored in my computer, just found it right now.
