PS2 Menu-k question

Say I install PS2 Menu to the memery card with say, HD Loader.elf, and cogswaplaoder.elf. Then instead of adding new elf to a cd-r and installing ps2menu again altogether, can I use my X-port, send the System Config to PC. And with PS2 save builder add my .elf

Yes, download the system config file, open it with save-builder, insert your new .elf, copy the the saved file back to the memory, reboot. Works fine.
