Probably, but dont expect it to be like it is now. It may have ps2 hardware, but what firmware upgrades were made, are still to be discovered.

And remember that even in the slim ps2, things like the independence memory card exploit were patched.

im sure the hackers will find something with all those features there has to be something to exploit
But are exploits really worth it? With linux being able to run natively on it... Once the graphics acceleration get sorted out...

Ive heard that swap magic boots on the JAP PS3, but they havent figured out the method to do the swapping, since there is no tray ejection, just the disc (like your cars's CD player).

i wonder if the pressed hdl will work
