I have my ps2 hacked with free mcboot 1.8. I am trying to patch a bin/cue game. The game is timesplitters. When I try to patch it wirh mementodiscpatcher i get error in image iso format.

When I try to do it with esr disc patcher i get: no udf descriptor.

    Please help.

I've never used mementodiscpatcher before so I can't tell you what's going on there. I have used esr disc patcher before and ran across that error. Apparently esr disc patcher can only patch ISO images that are at least 1.4 GB in size. There is a video tutorial on Youtube that shows you how to convert bin/cue games into patchable ISO's, but since I haven't had 30 posts yet I can't add any links.

Yea bin images are CD format. You would need to convert the image to a DVD format as the way the exploit works it takes advantage of a flaw in the DVD player of the PS2. All patching an image is really is just adding a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder to the structure of the disc to trick the PS2 into thinking it is a DVD and then the exploit kicks in after seeing the two folders. There are tons of guides to do this and also pre-mastered images if you look around.
