prog with ramdump?

i've read that there is a homebrewprog that has a ramdump feature in it, but i cant remember which prog that was.
anybody know?

the only that can do this that i know is ps2link but i can't get it to work with homebrew stuff and games delete it from memory

generally its because they reset the iop. The only thing i can suggest is to edit the elf with a disassembler and knock out the iop resets.
