Problem with SwapMagic?

Is there anyway someone can help with a problem?

Downloaded Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + and burnt it to a DVD-R. I was going to ESR patch it but when I tried to, it said 'Open Failed'. So I just burned it without patching.

I downloaded the .ELF file for SM 3.8 and booted it up using uLaunchELF. The screen stays black for about 5 seconds, shows the Swap Magic 3.8plus screen, then goes black again. And nothing happens. Can someone help me with this?

I'm new to the modding scene.

Edit: Got SwapMagic to work! So this post is void since we're not supposed to be pirates on this site.
